Double Chocolate Brownie Bars

These incredibly rich yet super easy cookie bars are always a hit! Refrigerated cookie dough makes this recipe a snap to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounce bag chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 ounce roll of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

Instructions
 

  • Press 2/3 of cookie dough into a greased 11 x 13 baking dish.
  • Place sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips and salt in a medium saucepan on low heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Pour melted chocolate mixture evenly over cookie dough.
  • Dot the top of the chocolate mixture with leftover cookie dough.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!
