Because I have an hour drive home I try to make double recipes of casseroles that freeze well. That way I can call Scott (he almost always get home first) when I’m leaving the shop, he sticks one in the oven and when I get home, I pop a couple of rolls in the oven, wait 5 minutes and dinner is ready.
